St Michael's Church is an Anglican Church located in Stoke Gifford.
A Church is more that just a building, it is the people that worship and work there. Please look at our team page to find out who everyone is.
Having a Christian heart at the centre of the community is a big part of the St Michael's Church current vision.
Jesus said, "I have come so that you may have life, and have it to the full!"; we want to lead a full life, and then for our lives to make a difference in the world around us.
At St Michael's, we are looking towards the future: serving the community with various out-reach programs, including our recently expanded Preschool and Nursery. We are also very proud of our history, which stretches back over 400 years. You might find it interesting to look at the view from the top of the church tower.
Looking forward: the Church now owns The Barns, the building next door to the Old School Rooms. We are still in the planning phase, but hope to turn this site into a facility that will help our Vision of being a "Christian heart in the centre of the community" become a reality.
