The Children's Ministry at St Michael's is focused on children from the age of 0 to 11.

At the 9 o-clock service all the children take part in Sunday Club. Everyone is together and the activities and teaching are designed to entertain the younger members whilst educating the older members.

At the 10-30 service the children are split into 5 groups. Each group
tries to meet the children where they are, while encouraging them to
think about their relationship with Jesus while having fun doing
relevant activities.

Creche - this is for 0 to 3 year olds and meets in the coffee shop, it
is very informal and the children are encouraged to have fun playing
with the toys.
Bubbles - is for children from 3 years old, up to Reception age
children, the children in Bubbles have lots of little 5 minute
activites, which will include a bible story, crafts and games.
Splash - for children in Years 1 and 2 at school. In Splash the children
still like to move around and explore, so we do lots of action based
stories where the children join in telling the bible story and then use
crafts and games to explore the theme of the story.
X-Stream - this group is for Years 3 and 4 at school and as well as
having bible stories, crafts and games the children are also given the
opportunity to chat about what they think about the story and what it
means to them.
Pathfinders - this is for Years 5 and 6 and as well as meeting on a
Sunday and exploring Bible stories together and using lots of games and
competitions to look at different themes, they have a social each term
which includes activities like bowling, film evenings, treasure hunts
and barbecues.
